No reconoce mi cuenta

Hola.. Me hicieron una invitacion a un plan familiar, y se cerro la sesion en mi telefono... Luego no me dejo ingresar mas, a pesar que restablezco la contraseña... No me deja ingresar, dice que la cuenta no esta asociada a ninguna cuenta spotify... Me deja iniciar sesion en el explorador.. Pero no en la aplicación, e borrado, reinstalando y reiniciado la app y mi telefono.. Pero nada funcióna, por favor ojala alguien me pueda ayudar.. Gracias.

If you're trying to log into the app with your email address, try making sure it's all lowercase to see if it makes a difference.

You can also try logging into the app on a different device from the ones you've already tried to see how it goes.
