No redemption code

I upgrade to Family premium. Received an email that said 'welcome to family preium.' 'next step invite family'
If I click on button 'invite family' it says send a link.
When I send link my family member is asked to enter a code. What code? I have no code. It mentions a confirmation email but I presumed it was the one that said welcome but guessing not if it doesn't contain a code.
I haven't received an email confirming amount I've paid etc...?
Please someone help me. Family biting at the bit to get going with this ...

Hey @GillianHannon! Welcome to the community!

When you invite someone to join your Spotify Family, they will receive an email with their invitation code. Your family member can copy and paste that code in that field. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Sorry I'm totally lost.
I only have an option to send a family member a link and when I do (and they open it up) it asks for a code which we don't have.
Spotify have never asked for any details of any family members to enable them to receive an email...?

Unfortunately I didn't get any codes/emails etc.
However, I emailed Spotify who quickly resolved issues. Still didn't get any codes but somehow all up and working now 👍🏼
