No response after filling out contact form

Hello, I'm trying to contact help but after filling out the form it says they will get back to me but I have no response or even an automated message!

When you send support an email, you should get an automated email response 🙂

If you didn't get a response can you check here of your email is correct?

Sorry for the late response, I've just checked and my email is correct. I'very tried the form again and still no response! I might try using the laptop instead of my phone to see if that makes a difference.

I've checked all folders for my email, many times! How strange. Is there any other way of contact?

Login to the website to check what email address is linked to your account. Maybe your getting the messages in a different email.

Thanks I have checked the email and it is my current one, I also don't have twitter so can't go down that route

Okay, could you log out of Spotify and then use this contact form Here.

This is a special contact form that allows you to select the email to which Spotify Support will reply too 🙂
