No response from Spotify for closing account

No response from Spotify for closing account

Hi all,

 

Three weeks ago I noticed that my spotify account (linked to facebook) is being used by someone else than me. You could call it hacked. I followed the instructions described in the spotify help (log out on all devices, change password, ...). No success. I decided to contact spotify and asked to close my account. I also changed my account from premium to free (the next payment date was 16/01/2018). 

 

Until today I still haven't got a reply from spotify. To make things worse, I saw today that the 'hacker' reactivated my premium and even upgraded to Family and I have to pay for this.

 

I really need this account to be closed.
