No spotify premium

No spotify premium

I signed up for premium, but after 7 days when my trial period was over, I was on free again. I tried to cancel the subscription but on my account it says I don't have any subscription. So I figured everything was okay. But now, 30 days later, I'm charged for a subscription which I don't have or want! Please fix this and refund the €9,99.

This is so weird, you didn't need to introduce you payment details for the 7 days free trial...

I'll escalate your case.

I know, thats the strange thing, I signed up for the 30 days trial, but after 7 days they told me my trial was over.
