Nopt able to access my spotify premium account

Hi,

I initially got spotify and upgraded to spotify premium months and months ago, but have never been able to gain access to my premium account but have been charged for it since i started. I think I know what the problem is as follows:

My initial spotify account was set up with my e mail address, [Snip-Email(Privacy)-Peter] and a password which is [Snip-Password(Privacy)-Peter]. When I moved to spotify premium I entered my shortened e mail address, [Snip-Email(Privacy)-Peter] with the same password as above. I have been unable to gain access ever since (circa 8 months now). What can I do?

Hi. I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into this for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
