Not Able to Log In - PC / App

Have attempted to log in on PC and mobile app multiple times and even reset my password multiple times since 7 a.m. (EST). Password and username work for website account/community (forum) but will not work for app on mobile or computer. Is this is a known issue? When will the app be back up? (non-subscriber)

Most recent update has been installed; still will not allow login. Facebook login is also not working.

Uninstalled and reinstalled at x2. Restarted phone x2. No updates to phone are available. Installed most recent Spotify update. Anybody have any other suggestions??
