Hello,
A while back, I unsubscribed to email notifications for the Spotify Community Forum using the unsubscribe link in the emails. Recently, I chose to re-subscribe, and did so by turning on email notifications for discussions I'm subscribed to. This was about one week ago.
However, I do not receive notifications. I'm subscribed to about five or six disucssions, many of which have been updated since I last replied or viewed them, and I've never received an email indicating such.
Can you please re-subscribe my email address to the notifications? Every setting I can find indicates I should be receiving them.

I reactivated them about a week ago--I subscribed to a few discussions and made sure all settings to receive emails were on. Funny thing is, they were never turned off. That's why I'm wondering if I'm unsubscribed elsewhere somehow. I'm not even receiving updates for this discussion.
Not 100% sure, but I'll see if I can grab someone to check it out for you.

Well I think I figured out the problem, but not how to fix it. I followed an unsubscribe link again to see what happens, and the page says it will remove the email address from my profile, and that to change it, I should go under My Settings -> Personal Profile -> Email tab. There is no email tab under Personal Profile, so it seems I have no email address on file for the forums.
We've got an email for your account here, and taking a look you should get the emails. Let me look into this for you and we'll get it sorted - I'll send a private message when possible. Sorry for any trouble. Any chance they're being sent to your spam folder?
I'm definitely not receiving any emails, not even to the spam folder.

@djshackesq Hey there! Sorry about this problem. Your settings seem to be ok and if the notifications aren't going to your spam filter, then something strange is going on.
Would you mind confirming to me in a private message the email address that you're not receving the mails to?
