Not able to add a Facebook friend

Hi to all,

I spotted a problem recently, im not able to add a facebook friend. He's properly linked with Facebook and Spotify. He's in my Spotify family list too. I have one more friend in my family list here and i never had this problem before. I cant find him between my FB friend and he can't find me (each one can see other friends). How is possible?
