Not able to log in

I have not been able to log into my Spotify account as it's saying I have used Facebook credentials and I am unaware of my user name. This has led to me being unable to cancel my subscription and money being taken from my PayPal. How do I resolve this and get a refund?

Your username should be on your online profile or overview, if you have a Facebook created account it will be a string of 10 digits which is your actual Spotify username for your Spotify account.

First go to Spotify, sign into your spotify account using your facebook login details, and then go to Overview in the option menu at the top and you should see the numerical Username associated with your facebook created spotify account.
