Not able to log on - IP/current country match

Hello everyone,

The last couple of years I was quite a lot abroad. I never had any issues to log on. Now back in Belgium I cannot log on anymore. I checked the community and read the suggestions about country and IP address. If I check my account it says: Belgium. If I check my IP Address it says Belgium. If I check my Facebook account it says Belgium. Nevertheless I get the error code 408. Country profile does not correspond with my country.

Now I do not know any further methods to solve this issue. Only suggestion I got is to upgrade my profile to a paying version. Of course, I'd rather avoid this if possible.
