Not able to login from app

Not able to login from app

New family account added. I am unable to login from phone app. I can login from browser. Unistalled and reinstalled app with no change.

I have already solved. I stopped my subscription. This day and age a tech
company can't get thier act together... I would recommend hiring someone
from Netflix that knows how to setup and program family accounts.
