Not able to logon to spotify application

Hi,

I'm new to spotify. I can log in to the website no problems however when I download and run the spotify application it gives and error saying the user name or password is incorrect (error code:3)

The password is the same password I use to log onto the website.

Just in case I reset the password online for another password but I'm still getting he same issue.

When you try and log into the Mobile/Desktop application, do you use your Email address or your Spotify username?

You need to use your Spotify username when trying to log into the Spotify Applications 🙂
