Not able to redeem this code

Hi there, When I try to redeem my 3month subscription card it won't let me. When I go and select one of the two options either being the 6months unlimited or the 3month premium. I click the 3month premium and then it says "We are currently not able to redeem this code". Iv tried everything!! Please HELP

When is the last time you redeemed a card or code?

There is a monthly limit of redeeming up to 4 months of premium

If you have only redeemed for 2 or 3 months of premium this month, then it will not allow you to redeem the 3 month card right now because that would make it go over the monthly (4 months limit)

If you have already reached the limit, you can try to redeem it next month

If you haven't redeemed anything else this month, you will need to contact support for help here:
