Not able to update payment method

My Question or Issue

I am trying to updte my payment method and get this screen each time I try (tried paypal and 3 different credit cards):

I am about to loose my premiom accont and do not know what to do.

Any advise?

Thanks for the image. Were you able to try another browser, or if your using Chrome, did you try to use incognito mode?
