Not able to upgrade again

Not able to upgrade again

I used to have Premium but one month I didn't have enough money in my account and it got turned off. I want to upgrade again but it will not let me. It says my card holder is having a bad day, this has been ongoing for months. I have called my bank and they pulled up my ccount and says everything is fine and I should have no problem with doing this. It still says the same thing though.

This is odd. Have you tried repeating the process after deleting the cache in your browser or opening an incognito window?

I have tried everything, nothign works. 

Have you tried contacting support then? I've seen people have issues with their cards before, there is another thing you could try, which is to retry using another method. If, for example, you pay through Paypal, try to enter your cc info directly...
