Not allowing me to purchase premium

I have had premium for almost a year and today I tried to listen and it said I needed to update my payment because my card had been changed last month.

When I went to enter my card information and hit 'continue' it then pops up in red saying "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method." 

I have contacted my bank and they said they see no transaction and that they did not decline anything from spotify. I have tried both my debit and credit card and this keeps popping up. I've tried it multiple times throughout the day and I am not happy this is happening!!!!!

Hey @jadyyjade!

 

Try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing. If you use a different web browser or an incognito window, does that have the same problem?
