Not an active account

A few days ago I stopped my Spotify premium and went back to Free. But now I can't log in because I get a message that says : Username & Password not connected to an active Spotify account. What can I do to get my account back ?

The problem that I have isn't mentioned at that help page. I have read everything there but i just couldn't find it.
