Not available in canada?

I Recently seen that spotify now works in canada so i no longer have to use a proxy

I went to log in and it said my country didnt match my accounts country so i went to change it from US to canada

First it was saying that my email address was already in use... the same email i used to log in with in the first place..

and when i try changing countries it says its not avaialabe in my country
