Not being able to log in

Not being able to log in

Hi I am a Spotify premium customer and have been in Australia for a year. I now cannot login as it says I have been abroad for more than 14 days but I have premium so that shouldn't be the case. I have filled in the contact form but had no response, for such a large company I would have hoped for a better response

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify usually replies to all support requests within 48 hours.
