Not downloading the purchased track

Hi.

 

The last four times I've bought single tracks they don't download, but the purchased button comes up again even though the money already have been withdrawn from my account. So the last four times I've clicked on the purchased button again, believing that's what I have to do, and then the download starts, but I've been double-charged.

 

Now I just purchased a single track, and the same thing happened again. I don't want to pay double this time, I want it to be solved. No track, but I've payed. What do I do?

PS, Yes I've looked everywhere on my computer it's not there, and it's still a "get" sign after the song I've purchased.

That's correct,

I didn't pay twice this time, but I also didn't get the track. I've payed, but no track...
