Not eligible for trial offer

I've only recently had Spotify, and have got ads showing a free premium trial which I would like to try out. 

Everytime I click it, it tells me Im not eligible, and one of criteria mentioned is about living in Quebec. 

I don't know why Spotify assumes I'm living in QC. My postal code in my profile is Ottawa.  What is causing the app to incorrectly assume my location?

1. Do you get the same error message if you try it from a different device/browser/connection?
2. Are you using a VPN?
3. Have you used the account/your payment method for Premium/a Spotify offer before?
