Not getting 10 hours a month

Hi, I've been waiting for over a couple of months now for my FREE 10 hours to top up again but is doesn't seem to be getting updated for some reason. Any ideas why? 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Dearboy - Your 10 hrs per moth is divided into 2.5 hours per week. 

The day the 2.5 hours resets depends on when you joined Spotify. Have you tried restarting the app recently?

That's really odd, it works now. I had restarted it a few times and usually I only get 1 song to work and then it says I'm out of time. Fingers crossed it's fixed now. I've been using Spotify since the BETA.
