Not getting gift when paid paid twice

Not getting gift when paid paid twice

Hello. I wanted to gift premium to my friend online as you cannot find the physical gift cards in my country. I pressed on the "gift" link beneath the "useful links". You can find it in the bottom of the page. I transferred the money, provided every detail (recipients name, email, etc.) and chose the delivery date, but my friend didnt get any email concerning the gift, neither did I. I was unsure if I really paid the money so after a couple of days later I repeated the actions once again, and as you might guess, nothing. I paid 14 euros in total (two times for the one month option)  and my friend didnt get anything. What should I do?

That's so unfortunate, but I would highly suggest reaching out to the folks at Spotify to see what happened with your purchase. For sure, they will not leave you behind.
