Not getting password email

Not getting password email

I am trying to set up spotify on sonos i request the email so i can set my password but it doesnt come. I have checked junk folders and added the spotify email to safe sender list etc..

 

When i signed up for the 30 day trial of Premium, i got the email receipt for that, but not the password email

 

HELP - its driving me crazy

Jlkirk - It can take up to 48 hours to come through, so sit tight. If it still hasn't come through after this, contact Customer Support. Just head to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'. They'll help you out as soon as possible.

Jackieleyland - I've just sent an email to the email address above. I've also just deleted it, not a good idea posting personal details on a public forum.

Hi Wikke - I can see an email has alredy been sent your way. Have you now been able to log into your Sonos?

Give it 48 hours, if you don't hear back within that time (be sure to check your spam/junk folders) then post your case number here and I will pass it over to the community staff for you.

The same thing is happening to me. I'm using AOL mail. Checked spam and deleted folders...no email from Spotify.

Florian-s & 1133593226 - Looks like you've been in contact with Customer Support. They should be able to sort it for you.

Eancker - Could you contact Customer Support as well, they'll be able to get one over to you. Just head to 'About us', then 'Contact Form'. They'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Same here How long does it normally takes to get a password?

GeorgeMeier - It can take up to 48 hours to get one through. Once requested, please leave it 48 hours before you try again, otherwise it'll restart the process.

new user to spotfiy ,my girlfirend wanted to send songs to me but i didn't get the recover password email and checked online and found you and understand you can send it manualy ,if that so that be great and thank you very much and have a nice day.

Zadey - You should be able to login with Facebook details. As your account was created through Facebook, you'll need to contact Facebook to change your password. Just head here: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/

well heres the silly thing ,i could't login at first so i tryed to reset my password then found out i could use my facebook password but it didn't work because i already reset it >.> ,so i need a reset maunal please ,Thanks

Forgot to add i'm not getting the reset password emails.

Hi Mike,

We won't send you any password reset link for this account. You'll need to change your password through Facebook. Just click on the link I suggested above, and you should be able to set up a new password.

I am also an aol user who is not getting the password email to enable me to use Spotify premium on our TiVo box....extremely frustrating please help. My alternative email (not my facebook log on address) is
