I know there might be topic like this but even though Spotify got $4.99 already and chase shows $4.99 was sent to spotify, I am not able to get premium or email saying I paid for it. I sent email to spotify but all I got was automated email. I am not sure what to do at this point.
If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
