Not getting premium

Your company is the most difficult, annoying company to get in touch with. I just upgraded back to premium and it was working for a little bit after, and now it doesn't allow me to do anything except for the free options. Frustrated

Can you verify you have a subscription here.


If you do on which client are you noticing the issue on? Have you tried logging out and then back in?
