Not getting receipt for buying premium and account still is still Free account.

Not getting receipt for buying premium and account still is still Free account.

I've tried posting numerous times on this forum, I have also filled out that flow sheet and I still haven't got a response. I signed up for a student premium account and everything went through. My bank account was billed. I checked my email but did not receive a receipt of purchase. I deleted my Spotify app on my phone multiple times and reinstall, however no help. I know I do not have another account that I am aware of. I use my Facebook account as my sign in.

Really sorry to hear that you are having a bit of bad luck with Spotify. This sounds like a fault on Spotify's end, please contact them via this support form.

 

Please reply to the "no-reply" email. This will make you get a faster response from them.
