Not getting upgraded back to Premium

Hi, so I have a premium Spotify account that is connected to my Rogers phone service.

I paid my bill a little later than usual so I was temporarily suspended..

once I got it back, I no longer had Spotify premium..

I already talked to my company and they say that I still have Spotify and that I should contact Spotify about my issue..

I would really love to have Premium again.

Hi there,

 

If you're sure you have 1 account that's on Premium through Rogers, you can get back in touch with them and request again to set up your Premium.
