Not identifying me as a student

I try to sign up with a student discount, but spotify doesn't register me as a student. I'm going to be a college freshman in the fall, so I don't know if that has something to do with it? I'm enrolled and everything, so that would mean I am I student right? Anything I can do? Thanks.
Also, does spotify have an actual number I can call?
