Not letting me upgrade to family plan

Not letting me upgrade to family plan

I have a premium plan and wanted to upgrade to family but when I go into my accounts this is the message I get :

"It looks like you’re not eligible for that offer, but we found more for you"

 

Any suggestions on what I can do?

Could you try upgrading to Premium Family by going here and selecting your plan?

Thank you! The family plan worked! However, my dad who lives with me, is away in the states for the next few months. I tried to add him onto my family plan by sending him the link and when he puts in our home address it is not recognizing it on his side when adding himself on.
Does that mean he has to be added when he is back home? Or is there a way for him to enjoy the family plan Spotify while he’s on vacation in the states?

Thanks for getting back to me.

Your dad would have to be at the same physical address as you at the time of signup. So, in your case - I'd wait until your father gets back home to send him an invitation email.
