Not one of my emails I have tried are receiving reset password links.

I have an account on my phone that I have forgotten the password to, I would like to put the account on my laptop so I have requested an email to reset my password but I won't receive it I have tested multiple emails not one receive the email, I have checked spam and trash, so somehow an email is being lost in the post. Help!

Since you're already logged into the Spotify mobile app, you can find the email associated with your account in the settings and privacy section of the app by following these steps:

1. Open the Spotify app and tap your profile picture at the top left of the screen.
2. Tap the Settings and Privacy button
