My Question or Issue

When I press play on my laptop app and website it doesn't react at all. Both music and audiobooks. On my phone app it says "something went wrong" and no playlist will fully load up. My liked songs playlist is also completely empty. My bill is paid for and isn't due for another week. I don't understand why nothing is working.

To start getting a better understanding of the situation, when did you notice this behavior and was it after a specific event or change that you made? Also, let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried already so we can avoid repeating them.

 

If the issue persists across two devices, could you let us know if you've tried with a different internet connection? Does it make any difference with mobile data and Wifi and if it's possible, it'd be great if you could test with another Wifi connection.

 

We also recommend asking a relative or a friend to log in to their Spotify account on your laptop and phone as this will help us determine if it's an account-related issue.
