Not received free month

Not received free month

If I upgraded my account to premium I would get 1 month free, so I did in February but now it just stopt and I had to pay again for this month to use premium.... please explain.

Yes I did on the 8th of February

Did you use a card that you used before to pay for a Premium subscription, on your account or on another account?

No this is the first I bought premium and this is also my first account. And I never used my card to buy premium for someone else.
