Not receiving music in my Spotify Inbox

Hi Team, 

I am not receiving music in my spotify inbox. I have had a few people send me songs and they are not showing up. I have tried logging in and out of the web browser version and this is still not being picked up. 

Any ideas?

You said you used the web version, but have you tried the desktop version? Make sure you're friends are sending it to you, not a different account. Are you using Facebook? That may also have something to do with it.

There also might be a setting somewhere about being able to receive messages. If so, make sure that's on.
