Not receiving my password reset mail

 

My Question or Issue

 *I created this account to post here on the formus.*

A few hours ago I tried resetting my password for my actual account (which I have for a few years now) because I forgot it. I have tried sending the reset-mail to 2 different mail adresses but I have yet to receive any message from spotify.

 

I'd really like to be able to log in again. Is there any other way to reset my password?

Hey @spcks14, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

If the password reset submitted successfully, but you can’t find the email:  

  • Check your spam/junk folders.
  • Check any other filtered folders (e.g. if you use Gmail, it might be in the Social or Promotions tabs).

If you don’t have access to an email address associated with your Spotify account, you’re unable to reset the password, so you need to create a new account.
