Not receiving my student discount!


I'm posting here because there doesn't seem to be a number I can call and I'd like to fix this before the next payment is due on Jan 28th.


In August 2016, I subscribed to Spotify under a student discount, which I had done before and previously expired. I was told that I would receive Student premium andpay 4.99 + tax, like I expected. I was charged 4.99 + tax on August 28th. 


However, in the following months from Sept-Dec I have been charged 9.99 + tax for a Premium account without a student discount, which I know should last more than a month. When I check what type of subscription I have, on the main page it claims I'm paying 9.99 + tax. However, if I click update details, it says I'm paying 4.99 + tax - like I should be. If I check my receipts, however, I've been charged 9.99 since Sept without my knowledge.  I've included some pictures to show.


How can I fix this? I want to use Student premium and be charged accordingly from here on, and I'd really like a refund for those few months that I've been incorrectly charged for a full Premium membership, but I don't know who to contact.
