My Question or Issue

I've purchased a new device.  I'm logged out of my account. I can't log in.  I'm not receiving password reset emails in any folder spam or otherwise.  I've checked user cache, my original username is not listed.  Appears to be a Facebook profile.  I deleted Facebook long enough ago the account cannot be recovered.  What do I do to access the years of music I've collected on this account?

What you said tells me you have one option,  contact support here.

 

The Spotify admins will get back to you after you filled out the form.

Thanks for the link!  @spotifycares via Twitter proved to be the most efficient way to resolve the issue.  They were able to confirm my identity and change the email address associated with this account and I reset my password therein.  Hope this helps someone else in the future.
