Not receiving password resets in my emails

I've been tryng to change the password for days and have not recieve any emails to do so. I can not log on to make changes that I need to make because of it.. I've double check the email address over and to make sure it is correct and it is...so Idk how to fix this.

If the password reset submitted successfully, but you can’t find the email:  

• Check your spam/junk folders.
• Check any other filtered folders (e.g. if you use Gmail, it might be in the Social or Promotions tabs).
