I've forgetten my password and need to be able to add Spotify to my ipod. I can access my Spotify account through my PC, but I need my current password to be able to change it. Of course, I cant do that, since I dont remember what it is.
I've submitted multiple forget password requests and I haven't recieved any of them. I even submitted help tickets and nothing. 😞
My email address on my account is correct and I don't have anything in spam. I'm not sure what to do now 😞

@detrini868 - When you submitted a help ticket, did you get an automated email reply with a case number in it?

I don't think I can. The email address is "no-reply@spotify.com"
