Not receiving the Device Password

Not receiving the Device Password

As I want to connect my Premium Spotify on my Tesla Model S, I want to optain my Device Password, because I've got a Facebook Spotify account. I pushed the button to get my password several Times, but I didn't get any emails from Spotify. 

 

My email adress seems to works fine, as I sent an email from a different account and received the test email.

Let's try to figure this out. Can you follow these steps for us?

 

  • Try going through your Junk/**bleep** folder to see if the recovery email was sent there.
  • Make sure the email you have linked to your Spotify account is the correct email.

Let us know how this goes!

Hi Ferris,

 

**bleep** / junk mail folder is nothing related to spotify. Just viagra & fake rolex stuff 🙂

My mail address should work as I got a message from Spotify's "Community Mailer" telling me there is a new reply on this topic. So the e-mail address used by spotify is working.
