Not recognising Facebook account

hiya

Ive recently downloaded Spotify on my iPhone8 after having it on my iPod. When I tried logging in it said I did not have a Facebook account assosciated to the account (which I did and it shows on my Facebook). So I reset my Spotify password and logged in and all the music on there was Spanish (the reset email came in Spanish as well). None of the music was mine and all my playlists were gone. I tried to play some music and it kept pausing and showing another device (not one I recognise) as being on the account so we we’re both trying to play music at the same time!?! 

I literally feel like this account is not my own as it’s got none of my music and was in Spanish. But it’s my email account? But still won’t let me connect via my Facebook account. Any help would be amazing!!
