Not registered email adress linked to my account

Hello,

The email address associated with my spotify account isn't registered within outlook. It isn't my email address and it doesn't look like it either. Furthermore, I always log in with Facebook, so I never had to enter a password. When I want to change the wrong e-mail address to my e-mail address, I have to enter a password. Unfortunately, I never had to register, so I don't know a password for the account. Does anyone have any idea how I can solve this without having to create a new account? It took me a lot of time and effort to create a playlist to my taste.

If you don't have access to the email address linked to your Spotify account, and don't know the password used to set up the account, you'll need to contact our Support team.

You can give them a shout via Facebook or Twitter. They'll get back to you as soon as possible.
