Not subscribed to premium after paying

Excuse me, I already paid for 3 month premium subscriptions but my account is still not upgraded. What should i do then ?

Have you received a receipt from Spotify via Email?

I pay by transferring money from ATM. It's already transferred but I don't get any receipt in my email.

It's may be just a pending charge: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/

 

I'd recommend waiting a few days to see if the charge disappears.
