Not sure of my email or password how to resolve it

I want to cancel my subscription but have forgotten my username and password. I unable to cancel my subscription. How do I go about. Please suggest?

Hi Vijay,

Firstly are you logged in to spotify on any devices?

If you have previously logged in with Facebook you should be able to get the username by going on the Desktop app and go to your profile. Right click on your name and 'copy HTTP link'.

Paste that link somewhere and you'll see your spotify username, which is a large, random number.

oh Yes I am logged in from my Ipad. Not sure if I used facebook.

I see you're logged in: try sharing some of your playlists you've made. whatever follows the open.spotify.com/user/[here] is your username. It'll be numerical if Facebook is in use.
