I'm well aware of the missing playlist issue everyone's having.
At first I thought it was just the app effing up. Then I thought I may have accidentally deleted the cache (which I feel I probably did) but the playlists wouldn't have deleted on the desktop too, right?
Anyway, I've recovered the important playlists with that link BUT the primary one I need back is the Starred. It wasn't included in the Deleted Playlist list which made my stomach drop. Over 700 songs gone and I have NO IDEA where to start to recover them.
Spotify, really. Really Spotify.

If it matters, my facebook is connected to Spotify and I did change my FB password like a week or two ago but I can't remember if the playlists disappearing correlate with the password change since after I discovered they were gone I kinda just left the app alone for a few days thinking it would fix itself.

It's just the starred I need back! I NEED IT!

The account guys can help restore your starred list. Just use the online contact form . If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.
