Tenho o plano universitario com o valor de 9,90 e esse mês cobrou o plano normal de 19,90

Hey there, 

 

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community. Hope you don't mind a reply in English.

 

The Student discount is valid for up to 12 months from the date you subscribed. When the discount expires, your subscription automatically continues at the standard rate for Premium Individual unless you cancel or apply for another year (with a 4 year limit). 

 

To renew your discount simply open this link and follow all the steps. No worries, you won't be charged additionally after you do this. It's just a confirmation of the payment details for your student discount.

Olá, essa foi mesma situação que ocorreu comigo, porém minha assinatura não completou 12 meses, portanto não há justificativas para ter mudado automaticamente sem minha permissão. 

Pode me dizer como devo proceder?

Thank you for your reply in this thread. We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

As @Eni mentioned before your subscription will automatically change to Premium Individual when your Student discount expires unless you decide to cancel before that. In order to see if these 12 months have passed you can check your inbox for e-mails from SheerID. Look for one that says "verification complete", see the date and double check if it's 12 months from now. 

 

If you'd like to renew your Student subscription make sure you to follow the instructions mentioned here.

 

In case you have any verification issues, we recommend reaching out to SheerID here. Their customer support team will happily help out with the whole verification process, as they are the ones in charge of it and we don't have access to their systems.
