OLD FB ACCOUNT DELETED WHERE SPOTIFY PREMIUM IS CHARGED - HELP - NO REPLY FROM SPOTIFY SO FAR

Hi,

I saw a lot of this topic, but all of them redirects to contact form. I've done it 3-4 times, still no reply from Spotify. !@!!@#!@#!@#@!

I've deleted FB account connected with my Spotify Premium account. I have a new Spotify account without connection with FB. I'd like to switch my subscription and (perhaps) playlist as well into my new account. I cannot login to the old one - even if I have Spotify IDs of both accounts, because this stupid system is sayin I have to do it via FB (via deleted account, of course).

Any ideas, how to solve it?

Have you replied to one of the automated emails you get when you get in touch? If not, do that now and someone should get back to you. 😉
