Off line log in

 I tried to log in but spotify told me that im off line and i have to go on line to log in. How can i do it if i cant log in?

 I already did it last month and I had to download all my music again.could they refund my month? I want to cancel my subscription. Too many problems

Make sure that Spotify has full access to your internet. You can restrict which app may use mobile data, WiFi or both. You can usually check this in the settings of your Phone. Toggling Offline mode on and back on the settings of the Spotify app can also help.
