Offered a premium family package, didn't receive it.

A little before Christmas 2015 I was offered a special package to upgrade to a family premium package. I was currently on a premium package solo. I decided to subscribe at the rate of $15 for myself and a family member. This deal also said I was to get three months free of cost. That was a no brainer, except I never received my upgrade and continued my normal premium acct. However; I noticed a charge of 14.99 from spotify. If its due to the family package I want the full promotion I was offered. I've been a loyal subscriber for over a year now.
